Good! Worked in the yard and it felt good to get some activity outside. It let me know how out of shape I am though-arm and legs are sore but it was worth it. Definitely going to sleep good tonight.

um... so far ok. managed to make it to walmart for a oil change and back (45 min drive one way) without falling asleep. took the kids to the city easter egg hunt, though i personally don't believe in easter, while it rained out. They had fun and it made me smile a little. Now getting food prepped for tomorrow since my family do believe in easter.

Pretty good. Ran some errands and then set out to another park to take pictures. Seemed everybody had the same idea as there were lots of cameras out.

This morning was nice, I went to cheer on my friends in a local running event. This afternoon I am fighting a tendency to worry and trying to distract, I need to tidy up and will phone a friend later.

I slept through most of it on and off. Stayed up all night last night in chatrooms feeding my addiction. Going to try and make it a better day tomorrow.

Tiring,I went to collect my money, got to the coffee shop and had breakfast and realised that I had left my card at home, without the card cannot collect money.Had to spend £5.60 on a cab for a round trip to collect it.Got that sorted so was able to collect my money and go to the bank.Luckily I had more money than just the one way into town fare today or I would have been in agony trying to get there and back by bus.The stress was horrible today and it made me worried and anxious.

When I got back I had to sort the bins and put them out for the bin men tomorrow and also I had to get some laundry done. Then lunch time and since then just been chilling out.I've kept busy but it has been lonely again.

Also I thought I'd seen a ghost,a face from the past, the spitting image of a crush from 30 years ago,the taxi driver that picked me up for the round trip.He wasn't Scots though he was Eastern European, unless he was faking the accent cos he recognised me,we did not hit it off first time round But I do not think it was him the driver was too young looking to be him, really spooked me though.

I am now wanting to speak to my niece but she hasn't been reading my text messages to reply to me.No word from my narcissist mother I have gone from someone she expected to ring her three times a day at set times to not existing in her eyes,I should know she doesn't care and never has.She sits in a wheelchair all day next to the phone and can't move on her own but can't pick the phone up and ring me?Says it all doesn't it really!

Oh when I got home today I found out that Prime Minister Theresa May has announced she is going to ask parliament to agree to a general election on June 8th this year,2017!!!So us Labour Party members will be out campaigning.Well not me can't go out doorstepping cos of my problems with mobility but I will offer to do phone canvassing.

And that folks is how my day has been so far!!!!!

6:15 am - neighbour's smoke detector; their bathroom fan still running
11:05 am - smoke detector, bathroom fan starts again, runs an hour
12:10 am - smoke detector, bathroom fan
4ish pm - yep, the detector goes on again and their bathroom fan again starts running
5:15 pm - call caretaker
6 pm - again

This has gone on for weeks now.

UPDATE: 6:49 pm - guess what?

Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? No one is that bad a cook.

An update on the neighbour/smoke detector situation. It seems to have been resolved. Nothing beyond noon yesterday

As for the day yesterday in general, it was a very tense and highly irritable type of day. I discovered however at dinnertime that I had forgotten to take my morning meds. That explains a lot. It was a boring day right up until I got a dinner invitation. I was still agitated but a whole less bored.
