Realistic or not, I always imagined a reality with no followers or leaders. Instead, individuals are their own sovereignty with the independence and confidence to lead themselves. No person is designated a collective identity to abide by, and all fulfillment shall be to the individual as an individual. Society is not guided through common mandate but by the individual wills of each respective life. All of mankind is equal by value, but it is to the individual to excel and to define his own fate, not to the will of another.

I think my ideal quality for an ideal world would be acceptance of others' ideals, views, opinions, etc.
I'm not saying agreeing on everything. I'm saying an understanding, as a world, that every person has a mind that can be used to think and decide how they see fit. I still see laws needing to exist, but only for social order things, like murder, abuse, etc. Allowing discrimination because the powers that be do not "agree" with a lifestyle, or even believe that the sex/gender needs to be controlled is not fair or ideal to me. I feel, realistically, it is possible, but whether it would plausibly happen in my lifetime or even for the next few generations after me, I really don't think that's realistic.
