I'm grateful for the calm that has taken over my home these past several days. I'm grateful that I just typed the word several.

I’m grateful I made it home safely tonight. The streets were flooded. At one point when we were driving thru standing water my mom told me to say a prayer. We made it home safely. Although a 10 minute drive home took us 1.5 hours. It was really bad out there today. I feel awful for my coworker who lives an hour away who got out the same time I did.

I'm grateful for being able to relax, stress free, for a little while. Anxiety causes uneeded chaos on my mind. Which filters to others in my life. A real relationship bruiser.

I’m grateful my boss wasn’t yelling at me. If I had been at my old job my boss would have been annoyed with the way I was doing things.

Back from the vet and the dog has a clear bill of health. Just gotta find a way to get him to eat. Picky and stubborn eater. But there is nothing wrong with him for which I am very grateful.

I'm grateful to have a roof above my head, money to buy food, people that love me. I often take those things for granted. Living in a big city and with my field of work I get confronted a lot with people who have nothing. Lot of poverty here. I want to be more grateful for the good things I have in my life.

I'm grateful for some summer work. At my pace. Not a heck of a lot by virtue of not a lot of hours, but could fill up my gas tank over the summer, at these summer rates.

I’m grateful my doctor didn’t make a huge deal out of my “one” pound weight gain. Although she did comment on it. 🙄

I'm grateful for the book I'm reading. I'm almost finished and it's so good. I'm also grateful to be taking a college class in the Fall, and that I'm getting help financially.

I’m grateful they had a marathon of a show I like instead of the crappy movies they repeat every week.

Plus I’m grateful our last part of our trip is worked out.

Today, I am grateful for psych central, for a place to sort out my thoughts and feelings, a place where I can usually get positive feedback, and helpful "advice". Yeah.
Thanks for this!

I am grateful I did not give myself heatstroke on my not-well-thought out run late this morning (slept in a bit). I came in dripping sweat, and I just lay on the floor for ages, trying to cool down. I also guzzled water so fast, I was nearly choking myself. I weighed myself before & after, and I lost 5 lb. in water weight from running. I think I've finally re-hydrated. I'm really pushing water today.

Very grateful to have a friend that is willing to put up with me and give me attention, not making me feel bad for it, and tries his best. I wish I knew how to express my gratitude beyond what words can tell.

I love my bed. I love that it is so warm. Seems to be the only place that I can be comfy and cosy. It's winter here.

I love the quiet of where I live now.
