I'm grateful my newly adopted dog seems to be getting over her separation anxiety and isn't barking or crying so much when I have to leave her for short periods.

I'm grateful for my therapist who took me to dog shelters last week so I could find the dog I've adopted and totally adore.

Grateful that the policeman who pulled me over tonight didn't also cite me for an expired inspection sticker or ask me if I had any drinks. I had.

I'm grateful for this gratitude thread, Kelly Babcock's gratitude blog, and the new age music I'm listening to right now which is really helping me stay calm during this stressful week.
