Today, Sunday, January 27, 2019, I am grateful for every time I work on one of my mental issue problem hangups to get through it. Once I do that, the why of how it began shows up in my thinking.
That is a HUGE relief!!

I am grateful that my husband and I are both being prepped for bariatric surgery. Since he's in it with me, he has to follow the same pre-surgery diet and log his food intake the same as I do. No more food pushing. No more "are you sure you don't want any" five minutes after I said no. It's making things a lot easier for me.
