I'm grateful that my friend checked up on me after not hearing from me, I honestly didn't think he would.

I am grateful for my health.
I caught a cold and feel like dying...

I think most of us take our ability to move and breathe for granted.
For those of you who are or know anyone that are seriously ill - I can't imagine how you feel.
Y'all will be in my thoughts.

and today, I am grateful for the cat next door who strolled into my kitchen while I was putting out the bins. He put a smile on my face, even if he was half hoping for some of the leftover salmon he undoubtedly smelled.
Thanks for this!

I'm grateful for the sunshine, the changing colors of the leaves on the trees, & the fact that I've been feeling stable lately.
Thanks for this!

My effective assertiveness I exhibited at the doctors office today. They were turning me away again because I was 6 minutes late and I demanded they phone in my prescription otherwise I’d have to go to the emergency room. So they took me back to see the doctor. I held my emotions together and asked him to wean me off the AD as I’m in a lot of arthritic and emotional pain anyway. Now I don’t have to go back there again for 6 months and put up with their crap.

I am grateful I saw my sister & youngest niece this morning, and I am so glad I brought my sister leftovers of a large pot of stew I cooked. I didn't realize it, but she & one of my nieces are not feeling very well.

I'm grateful for the fall weather, even if it rained this morning.

I'm grateful we had a fun time as a family carving our pumpkin (and that my roasted pumpkin seeds turned out tasty this year!).

You are so right. I am grateful for that too. I'm such a pessimist I tend to overlook the things I do have and focus on what I don't.

I found a place to live! Now I can finish the semester without worrying about housing. I was given the option to extend my stay until April 30th, 2019. That makes me feel a lot better.

Time spent with family. And I'm ever so grateful to my Gram's former neighbors two of which have spent much time weekly and one who goes daily. I'd heard her tell of his visits but saw for myself today.

That I wasn't just given any thing, yes it hurts that I have had to struggle so much and "why?"... but I rose above and earned....
My ex is again being given another car, this one he mentioned he just realized how much I have worked and struggled.. he said he felt sad for me, I told him not to.. I am happy he gets help.. I knew long ago with my cards delt I would struggle more than others .. and that's just how it is.
