I’m grateful that I’m taken serious by store associates when I want to buy something expensive. I have heard stories of sales associates being snotty and rude when they assume that a customer can not afford, or are not serious about a product. Today I bought an expensive bed and I was treated very nicely by the associate. She showed me a couple models, let me try them out, helped me figure out my sleep number, quoted everything. complemented me on my credit and made some comment about how they should hire me. I was really happy with the service.

Me (moaning and complaining about the heat): I am so hot.
My husband: Yes. Yes, you are.

Awwww.

I had a good day today. I was pretty busy. At the end, in the early evening, I stopped by my local library. They were having a chess club where people could stop in and play chess. I wasn't completely up to it, but I went anyway. Proud of myself.

That I didn’t get a bigger size in the shirt I’m wearing. It has stretched out plenty enough.

Grateful my dr. appt went pretty well I was at my primary office. One bad thing and its far from terrible. I was told my 35SPF sunscreen wasn't high enough. I need a 50SPF. Happy I;m getting a bone density test to check for osteoproosis. Preventive medicine. Glad the Uber driver drove me to the hospital. Heat index made it feel like 105 YIKES!!!

I’m grateful that I have Thursday off in a couple weeks instead of Tuesday. That breaks up the week. That week I work 3 days in a row, have a day off and then work two days in a row. I usually work one day in a row, have a day off and then work 4 days in a row and then have a second day off.

I'm grateful for all the things my friends have given me. Tonight was such an emotionally powerful night. I was swept by it. I'm really happy for everyone and the time they dedicate to talking to me. Thank you so much.
