What does your username mean?

And I regret picking this name, because it's VERY recognizable... But I like being called Capt

I'm not great with coming up with usernames, so this one was descriptive of myself and how I feel inside. Nothing creative, just WYSIWYG.

It's a combo of my love of Miyazaki (and my love for the friends who introduced me to his films) and also a play on previous usernames I've utilized when desiring anonymity--an inside joke for one

My username Princesa means 'Princess' in Spanish.

Mars is a nickname the fx sounds like effects so... idk it just sounds cool and simple

I’ve used my user name on most of my public accounts for decades.

I don’t drink as much cider now than I did in the past, but I manage a bottle a day, now. So many of my meds are ‘don’t drink alcohol’ but, eh, one bottle of cider?

Many (many, many) years back I had a favorite Irish pub that I would visit once or twice a month and I would have one pint of cider followed by a double-shot of Bailey’s on ice then finishing with another pint of cider. Eating all the while. Never even felt ‘high’ or drunk, just relished the taste.

I'm an artist, and female, so Artchic...and the numbers are actually the date when my uncle ultimately lost his battle with bipolar and took his life, the 28th of May.

Mine means this is my first name, and the number 35 is how old I was when I joined PC.

Mine is from the Elliott Smith song "Say Yes."

Mine is from Japanese Rock Band "Moonriders".

I actually had a different name when I joined PC, then I changed it to "LadyShadow' I use this handle on many other different platforms, and I just think it sounds cool and I am always in the shadows.

Cute fact: There is actually an international recording artist named Lady Shadow, so I guess my idea wasn't as original as I thought.

Just a fancy symbolic way to say I'm a writer.

I'm really fond of wolves and wolf photography. I especially like photos of wolves' faces, with their eyes staring back at you. There was one particular photo I came across nearly 15 years ago which I found particularly mesmerizing & captivating. That image is what inspired the creation of this username a few years later.

Mine is based on the name of the reploid army, "Repliforce" in Mega Man-X4 that were framed as Mavericks and persecuted for it. So because of my falling away from Christianity and leaning toward darkness I thought that "Mavriforce" would be a good name for an army of Mavericks. Plus I'm a dog lover who has an introject who is a weredog. Also, Mavriforce is a misspelling. It should have been Maveriforce but, I wasn't paying attention to or checking my spelling for accuracy at the time. I also wanted a different name than I use anywhere else so that nobody could use that to track me down or stalk me or anything.

Simply put..these are the two names people most mistakenly call me by lol!

It's my initials, spelled out phonetically.

It's Irish for "seashore". I found it on a song by Maire Brennan.

I'm obsessed with the Beastie Boys so that's how I came up with mine. "crafty" is from one of my favorite songs by them "Shes Crafty"
