Scrambled, over hard or an omelet.

Scrambled or poached eggs on toast is a favourite for me. I like omelettes too though.

I like them over easy, sunny side up, scrambled with cheese, or as an omelet with ham, tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms.

If my husband makes them scrambled with cheese, I might add salsa on them.

At home it's usually a fried egg sandwich with cheese. Yum. Or scrambled with a little cheese and side of avocado or tomato.

If out, I love spinach eggs Benedict.

Eggs I miss: Breakfast burritos with fresh fire-roasted NM chiles, potatoes, cheese and salsa - red & green sauce on the side...

Strangled eggs...heeeeeheeheeee.

I like mine scrambled firm, in an omelette if I make it, and hard-boiled. No runny anything.

I used to like really runny fried eggs Until I got grossed out. Now I like fried eggs that are well done.

Boiled for four minutes on the dot, with toast and butter.
