I love eggs. I like me eggs over easy most of the time or boiled for exactly 6 minutes so that the yolk is soft and runny. I also like poached eggs and moist, scrambled eggs and omelets.

I love a poached egg, poached medium so that it's gooey but not runny.
I also love a small omelet with cheese and turkey. And I love scrambled eggs mixed with potatoes and sausage and some tomatoes... You can't go wrong with eggs. I like them just about every way you serve them. Except totally raw. Not there. Yet.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes i like them sunny side up on toast. Sometimes i like them scrbled and spiced on toast. Sometimes i even like them scrambled and spiced with honey mustard.

I pretty-much like eggs prepared any way. But one thing I particularly like to do with them is to bake them into yeast breads!

I like my eggs sunny side up...& that's no yoke. Slather that stuff on toast! Who needs the egg white? Strangled eggs are the easiest to make, though.

Eggs are awesome. My favorite is egg salad with mayo and some Dijon mustard on toasted white bread. Chips and a pickle, cold glass of milk.

How about...and I might have to go make this now, thanks...scrambled eggs with diced green and red peppers, a dash of cayenne, and bits of sandwich steak tossed in, served with jalepeno mango jelly on toast?
