What phrases are not used anymore?

Do people still say 'dog' as in 'Sup dog?' I think it's dying out now.

I still hear it every so often. But Arkansas is usually slow to catch on.

I'm rubber and your glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks on to you!

Hussy, Skeeter, hot-to-trot, whoopee, she's fast (as in easy), pushin' daisies, bad seed, a stitch in time saves nine, what's the skinny?, jalopy, you're joshing me, holy smokes, holy mackerel, can you dig it?, cut a rug, have a cow, light in the loafers, bad apple, dog gone it, shucks...

Pinch, poke you owe me a coke.
(Said when you and a friend say the same phrase or word at the same time)

Wow. I'd never heard that version. We always say, "Jinx, you owe me a coke.". I wonder if it's a regional difference?
