Since I've been sick with an upper respiratory infection this week. I just got around to putting up the 50 green and red peppers that hubby picked out of our garden the middle of this week. Then I also made some salsa with some of our tomatoes that were left too, and made some zuchini bread (4 loaves) with the zuchini that we had left on one of the plants. Then I told hubby it was up to him to make supper since he hadnt done anything all weekend! HAHAHA Ohh yeah did 5 loads of laundry too in there. So I guess I am feeling a bit better today. Wich I am happy about .. cuz having the sore throat... ugh.. it was so raw !!!

Ohh well just had to kinda brag about what I got accomplished today. It felt good to get this stuff done. I'm pooped...lol

Wow, I'm impressed. My sweet "banana" peppers I was picking when they were small and green, thinking it was the shape that mattered. Then I didn't have time/interest and they turned yellow and I realized that's where they got their name! Now they have turned the most exciting orange and bright red color! Some time THIS week I have to get out there and pick the green tomatoes and clean up the garden! The frost is coming.

Wow I'm impressed. That's a lot to accomplish even when you're feeling well. It all also sounds yummy. I love zuccini bread.
