In some areas I am neat, but not in others. My kitchen and living room are neat, but my bedroom and home office are not.

I am so paying for my messiness today. I really want to clean, and it is taking me twice as long because I have to pick up so many messes first!

Ugh!!

I am very messy. In fact, I've had roommates who claimed I was too messy to live with. Now I just live with my cat who doesn't mind my mess..

I'm a realtively neat person but might have like one messy area. You'd never tell it though. My 12yo is very messy, so my house is always a mess. I can't keep up with him!

I’m a neat freak and live with someone who is messy so it’s uphill all the way. I do wish I could embrace the mess!

I'm going through this weird thing where the old me is coming through again and I'm becoming really tidy...it's actually a sign I'm triggered. So I'm trying to deal with this stuff right now. I mean, my place is pretty clean because I had the housekeeper come last week and I had carpet cleaners out too. But on top of that I did massive cleaning and organizing chores myself. A bit over the top. I usually clean when I don't feel safe. Sigh...

I'm very messy. When I tell people I have OCD they are surprised to learn this, but for me OCD is more in my thoughts.

OMG!!! I actually used to have them that way!!! When I was a teenager and had anorexia that is how my room/closet/drawers looked. Now, I must admit, if I did not spend so much time working I would have them like that again.

i spend all my time at work cleaning so at home I hate it. Also when I got so depressed I flunked out of grad school I spent hours cleaning because of the boredom. I'm messy but not gross

I don't have many things. I throw stuff away regularly and get rid of full sacks of stuff at least once a year. However, the things I have are all over the place. They are not in their place and it creates an illusion of terrible mess and clutter.
I do clean and tidy up once a week but get quite gross between the cleaning. Another area where my inconsistency and "almost split" personality shows.

I am both....I get things REALLY MESSY while trying to get them organized....but while focusing on organizing the rest of the place becomes messy. It is a never ending battle.

When I was sick with bronchitis the first 2 months if the year the kitchen mess piled up. I git that cleaned up then came spring & my farm requires a lot if wirk to maintain. Too tired to even think about being not messy by then.....a never ending cycle.

If I was smart I would just throw everything into the storage room over my 2 car garage & sort out from there where to put things.....but I need to close the door & set off a bug bomb.....hate running into the spiders in there.

The only place neat is where I keep my music. As for everything else, it's like a nuclear bomb went off. If I didn't have a lot of physical pain I'd definitely be more organised.

My apartment could be the domicile of a really messy college freshman.

My caregiver has given up on me. I don’t blame her.

Messy and I live with my daughter who is messy too. I wish I could invite people into the apartment but I can't. I get the dishes and laundry done each week and that's as far as I get.
