3/10 - I was not happy with my dinner last night, at all. I made some lamb steaks with a mushroom sauce over noodles. The lamb and the sauce were lousy, and the noodles were too al dente. What made it worse was that it was a pain to make it since our kitchen is all cluttered up as a result of a spring cleaning project.

7/10 Shrimp Pad Thai for me. I made beef liver with onions and bacon for hubby with mashed potatoes, tomato, and peas. He really liked it since he rarely gets it.
