1/10. 3 oz of pot roast and one potato done in the crockpot. Same thing happened, different meal.. Headache or migraine or whatever it is. And nausea. I’m not sure if it’s the way my mom cooks things, but if it’s homemade, and doesn’t come in a package or box, I will feel very sick.

3/10. A smorgasbord of leftover fries, fried apple dumplings, cotton candy soda, and a Xanax.

3oz baked chicken. 2/10. As I’ve said before 3oz only has 110 calories. So I was able to have Taco Bell today and still be at my 1200 calorie goal.

8/10. Spaghetti tacos. I had dinner an hour and 15 minutes later than usual. So it kind of threw me off. But it worked out.

My dinner last night was so embarrassingly awful that I won't share it here now. Let's just say that I am a married man who should leave bachelor meals in the before picture.

Tonight I am determined to do better and will update here!

6/10. I tried eating spaghetti tacos. I realized when I went to make them that my cat had smashed the taco shells. I was able to somewhat salvage half of two shells. It was decent.
