Overall 8 out of 10 - The homemade soup was very good, the rice pilaf was delicious (though ever so slightly less perfect than usual), the chicken was OK, and the cucumber-tomato salad is always delicious. The wine was good.

Cabbage and salmon. 4/10. I have to get used to this new diet. I filled up on nuts and seeds before and couldn’t stomach much for dinner.

8/10. Amy’s Cheese Enchilada Whole Meal. The enchilada was good. The beans were not the best. The corn was ok. These dinners seem to be working for my Mexican food craving though.

8/10. 4 slices of bacon, and 3 eggs. Everything was good and was only 370 calories but the bacon was difficult to make in the microwave this time and it made a huge mess.
