when I'm writing and I can't spell a certain wordd properly.

we all make spelling mistakes, but I hate it when it's so bad you have to google the spelling, then copy and paste it in to your writing

music channels that play mainly rude songs, but edit the rude parts out

eminem's stan is a perfect example. I hate how they edit it so that the song sounds really diffrent and quite lame actually

It doesn’t necessarily irk me, but when someone mentions something you are eating, without referring to you, what does it mean exactly? I was drinking something today and then someone mentioned to someone else that they had it on sale at a store. I’m wondering if maybe she was just reminded of it because I was drinking them. I actually wouldn’t mind going to that store to pick some up. I get bad vibes being in that neighborhood though.

What’s actually sort of irking me is that Nickelodeon’s 25 days of Holidays is repeating itself. They have already shown The Henry Danger special 3 times and Spacebob Merrypants at least 5 times. I think I’ve only seen one new Christmas thing this year on Nickeloden.

It irks me that I can’t make the right decisions at the right time and the obvious choice seems so difficult for me and the constant “use your common sense” is said to me like I’m clueless and now I feel I’m totally clueless and this whole adulthood is being thrown in my face and I feel helpless.

When people at work leave 5 minutes early (which we are not supposed to do) and just assume I am going to clean up after them. They don’t even say anything either. They Just walk out when there’s still a mess.

When someone tells me that I'm doing something the wrong way and then when I do it their way, someone else comes along and shows me the way I did it the first time.
Thanks for this!

This smelly smell that smells smelly. I keep smelling it. I don’t know if it’s in my nose or if it’s my sinuses or what. I know I had sinus issues a couple weeks ago. I just keep smelling something awful. Mainly at work.

When people get offended by something I say but won't tell me what exactly it was I said that was offensive. Also when they just "ghost" me (disappear without giving me a reason).

I had a counselor in a treatment center tell me to stop doing something one time. I had no idea what she was talking about. She kept saying “you know what you are doing, and I know what you are doing. So stop it.” All I remember was I was just sitting in a chair. Seriously. Just sitting. 10 years later I still have no idea what she thought I was doing that offended her.

I was at work today and the manager told us “you guys did really good today.” Then a couple seconds later he said. “Well, sort of.” I just felt like he was kind of putting down the whole group. I felt his comment was unnecessary and sort of rude. The way he paused before adding the last part irked me too.

I've brought it up before, but it happened again yesterday, so that brought it back. This irks me:

1.) Being called "young lady" when I am in fact a middle-aged woman.
2.) Being told by other middle-aged women that I should find it flattering instead of condescending. Don't tell me how to (obscenity deleted) feel!

It happened at the doctor's office four times. Out of curiosity, I checked with my husband, and when he goes to the doctor, they don't call him "young man."

It's supposed to be flattering because apparently there is something wrong with being old? I don't get the reasoning. "Oh, there's a woman in my office. I don't want to imply she's old, because old women have less value in society than young women do, so I'll call her the same thing I just called my nine-year-old daughter yesterday when I was scolding her."

When I get criticized in a context where nobody else did. For example, a group icebreaker. We're all supposed to tell our names, and our favorite food, music, color, or whatever. I say what my favorite food, music, color, or whatever is, and one or two people have a "yuck" reaction. Nobody said anything bad about anybody else's choices. We're all entitled to our tastes and opinions. Doesn't that apply to me too?

Oh yes! So true! I'll take the cooler weather, thank you! There's just a feeling I love when the cold air hits my face.

I quit group for reasons like this. The comments and remarks were just getting ridiculous. One time we had to tell what our favorite store was. Everyone went around and then when it was my turn I said my favorite store and someone laughed. The store was not a funny store. No one else laughed at anyone else. The people at my group were just jealous and insecure. I have much better luck on PC then actual groups.

What irks me is people who ask you questions but then act like you are are prying when you ask similar questions back. My new coworker is like that.

I took a bath today for the first time in years. It didn’t go well. The bath barely covered me and I’m not a big person. Then the water got ice cold in 5 minutes. I really liked my bath bomb though. But movies make baths look so relaxing. Mine was anything but.

I also find it hard and a little scary to get up out of the bath. If there was a better way sure but... seems a little dangerous.
