What incomprehensibly ‘irks’ you?

Really irks me when they are wrong with the forecast

-Certain sounds like the ticking of clocks, people chewing, and snoring.
-People that can't drive
-Parking lots on top of mountains

The debate between Die Hard being a Christmas movie or not. I just find it annoying and it’s getting old.

There is this brand that the store carries. It’s highly collectible. Certain pieces sell for $50-$300 on Ebay. I have a number of pieces myself. The main thing people want right now is the Christmas line. These women who collect them are very greedy and are rude and will sometimes grab things right out of your hands. I stay away from them.

I was at the store today looking for a non Christmas piece. A lady was stalking me and was practically on top of me. She was giving me a dirty look the whole time I was looking. These women are viscous.

When people state the obvious. For example, my hair isn't quite long enough to sit on, but it does graze the seat behind me when I sit. Strangers say to me, "Oh, you have long hair."

"Yes, and?"

(No, I don't say that. I only think it.)

When people find out I'm studying web development and they insist on asking me to build them a web site from scratch like it's this quick easy thing I can do.

Newsflash, building a web site from scratch can take hours or days depending on how big said web site is. Most freelance web developers will charge hundreds or thousands of dollars for a custom built web site and you expect me to do it for free? Really?!

Be at least considerate of my time and offer to pay me for my work or go away! I have better things to do.

I read you loud and clear. That's no different from being at a party and, "Oh, you're a doctor? We'll I've been having this pain...."

Face book people that try to create drama by gossiping to others online. One person at day likes to do that i just found out it really irks me

When someone highly recommends a movie to you and the movie is terrible.

Oil field people disrupting rush hour yesturday afternoon well into the evening. The city was at a standstill because so many trucks where of the road at snail speed. There is no need to protest all over the city

The stores I went to were completely sold out of the regular Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. I did manage to find a box of the chocolate tree cakes way in the back of the shelf. The Christmas aisles at the stores I went to were pretty much empty. I don’t think stores are buying as much this year. Running out 5 days early isn’t good either. What about last minute shoppers?

that their are so many types of bread.

white bread, brown bread, 50 50 bread, tiger bread (which I've actually tried), wholemeal bread, the list goes on

I just think their doesn't need to be so many

My workplace taking away our Christmas and Thanksgiving parties that we used to have all because they added more night shift people and they want things to be "fair" for everybody.

Well they can shove it. I'm throwing together my own party just for my department. Me and a friend from work bought pizza, cookies, drinks, and snacks. They can go **** themselves with their equality B.S. I defy them.

Some of my friends think im lazy

people that lie about serious things.

like people saying they have cancer if they don't have it or people saying that they've been in a car accident or what ever- if they havon't

and people who say something like... I wish I had that illness

why would you wish an illness on yourself

What irks me is I feel like I’m a really nice and helpful person and I don’t really feel that people take advantage of my kindness or anything it’s just they don’t really seem to appreciate it or offer to help out or do these things themselves. I’m glad people seem comfortable asking me questions though.

What irks me are certain sounds, especially loud and/or sudden ones. I might have misophonia.

It really irks me that some people have not taken care of there side walks yet. It been two weeks since we had freezing rain. Yes i have complained to the town so have others

When somebody calls me when I'm unavailable and then leaves a voice mail instead of a text or email.

I can't stand voice mails. Like I want to drop what I'm doing to listen a voicemail because the person can't be bothered to leave me a simple text? How hard could it be? Get to the 21st century already!

Being on a plane with sick people.

We share the same brain.

UGGHHHHHHH this drives me up the wall. So much so that I just changed my voice mail at work to tell people to e-mail me.

If I am in a meeting or something and they leave a voice mail... even if I can listen to it -- I can't respond in the meeting. But if you send me an e-mail I can have it handled by the time I am out of the meeting.

Also, I hate that one reason people are too lazy are because they are in their cars when they call me and can't do anything else. So they are now putting you in the cross hairs of when they want to do things.

I find people call me because they want to use it as a delay tactic. They don't want an answer they want to say they couldn't proceed because they left me a message and I didn't get back to them.

Finally I find people leave messages that are rambling and don't clearly articulate what they want or they forget their phone number and THEN, then, sometimes due to cell phone reception I can't hear what they left and I can't understand what the message was about.

Irks me that tele marketers will phone from many numbers, no matter how you block them they will use a different number

It irks me when people don't ****ing pick up after their dogs!

It also irks me when people don't have control over their dogs... Like, some people think that everyone loves dogs. My mom is terrified of dogs and it sucks because people think she's just playing around or they think "my dog isn't dangerous... why is she afraid?" Our landlord has two dogs and every time someone passes them they bark... My mom freaks out every time and our ******* landlord just smiles and says, "Oh, they're harmless!"

Regardless of whether they are harmless or not... when people have a phobia, you respect that. You don't try to pressure them into situations that are uncomfortable just because you don't have any ****ing control over your animals!

I have one of those split lips that takes forever to heal because every time it’s almost healed it splits back open again. It’s irking me.

It really irks me when I try so hard to get a relationship going with Dad again and then things fall apart and he make it all about him. Why can't he accept me for who i am.
