what is the longest word that you

A- can spell (without looking it up)

B- know what it means

and C- can actually say it without getting tung tied.

mine is

hydrocephalus

people are often amazed I can say it- a friend of mine keeps forgetting the word too.

anything else I need to look up if I want to use it

or I'll just find a shorter, lless exhausting word that I can use
Thanks for this!

As a kid the longest word was antidisestablishmentarianism....

As far as meaning I forget now so it doesn’t really count, I know a lot of microbe names so maybe like streptococcus or something?

Incomprehensibilities

Not sure whether this word is commonly used. I don’t live in an English speaking country

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicvolcanoconeosis

I think I spelled it right, but there might be an "a" after the fourth "c". It's a lung disease caused by the inhalation of certain volcano particles.

Oops there's an "o" after than fourth "c", and the last "e" should be an "i". On a separate literary note, I don't like putting commas inside quotations if they're not part of the quoted material. It just seems wrong...punctuation rules be darned!

I tend not to use particularly long words.
I like "retrofuturism", but that's a measly 13 letters.

  1. antidisestablishmentarianism
  2. Noun: Opposition to the withdrawal of state support or recognition from an established church, especially the Anglican Church in 19th-century England.
