I have a chest full of phlegm and a bad cough, stomach acid, and yesterday I burned my throat eating a hot sausage roll.I also banged my arm bumping into the bathroom door.I am nauseous and was sick twice yesterday and I feel sick like I want to be sick today. So I am not feeling too good.I also am so tired and I feel sleepy all the time.I want love but have no family anymore cos they are abusive so I have gone no contact.

My anxiety’s kind of bad. For no particular reason though. Like it’s not work related or anything. I’ve taken two Xanax in the past two days. If I’m going by the prescription label, I should have taken 4 by now. I can’t tell if this is a withdrawal or if I’m just full of myself.

I am wondering if I should ask for a calcitonin level test or demand one. I am prescribed Ozempic for diabetes2. High levels of calcitonin is linked with thyroid cancer. I am thinking of not injecting myself with the drug until this issue is resolved.

I have a twinge in my back from lifting something heavy today. But I don’t feel that bad I guess.

Since I didn’t sleep too well last night and since I’ve been getting up early for multiple days in a row, I was really tired today and I decided to lie down at 6PM. I fell asleep very quickly and now it’s midnight and I’m awake. So I feel like I might have messed up my sleep schedule. I took a couple melatonin. I’m hoping they work and I’m not too groggy when I have to get up early again.

Kind of peeved. I was recently there for a friend but now that friend cannot be there for me. Seems to always be the case no matter who it is.

Well I am ok,but in the background there is this dreaded feeling of doom and gloom that something catastrophic might happen, like I might die soon.Even if I don't die now I am 54 with chronic health problems ,what is the likelihood of me living another 20 years, slim I think!

I am feeling down down down a deep ladder to the truth which has me feeling on top of the world.I am feeling at least I am free,I am feeling at least I escaped instead of what took you so long.I am feeling I am going to have a happy life from here on in!
