Ironically I am missing my narcs,I am 10 days no contact,got trauma bonding going on,feeling abandonment issues,am in shock still after latest cycle of abuse.I am afraid but determined its going to end now I will no longer be in a relationship with my abusers,emotionally violent towards me and gas lighting me.I can't allow that anymore.
I am tired of being used and abused.I feel this is the beginning for me and the end for them. |

I feel pretty good because everyone in my family is low on money except for me. So I bought a pizza for everyone tonight. It feels good to help out my family. Plus that meant my mom didn’t have to cook.

I don’t feel sick but my nose is running and I have this werid smell in it and an odd taste in my mouth. So I kind of feel like I have sinus issues.
