I feel very tired and drained from all the anxiety I've been feeling when I got triggered this week. I might go to bed early tonight.

Spent 3 days in hospital for a chest infection and cellulitus during my holiday last week, return to our place of holiday doped up with antibiotics, and now it feels as if I've a cold coming on.

Not quitre so bad since being prescribed some oral steroids. Not a lot, but enough to help build me up again.

I got up at 5am,I am feeling kinda refreshed,I feel ok today I am looking forward to my day,the weather is really bad though,it is very wet and windy and it is a bit cold too.
I am feeling like oh it's a brand new day and a new phase in my life,it is up to me to make the most of it. |
