How are you feeling right now #3

A little anxious still

Kind of sad.

Hungry. But all I have at the moment is chocolate which I don’t want. I’m too lazy to get up to find anything else.

A bit optimistic for once.

Hurt and upset,people were nasty to me.I can't help but identify with their abuse,I do feel stupid and pathetic like they say I am.

0 sugar one which I'm not so thrilled about, but doctor pepper is doctor pepper

Anxious..

I am mixed up,feeling a bit low and not very happy,but am battling on,I may force myself to go out and see a film tomorrow just to save from brooding at home feeling bad.

I am tired but I can’t sleep.

Confused and out of it. Then again I am half asleep as I just woke up.

I am feeling very low and lonely.....thinking of heading out for a coffee but it is dark and cold out so may have second thoughts.

Im feeling excited

I didn't go out tonight.I am trying to get the energy up to get some chores done tonight so that I don't have it all to do tomorrow.I always struggle to get them done,but do do them eventually.Tonight my mood is very low and I don't feel well.I want to go out tomorrow but I probably won't,I will save the money so I can do all I need to so next week.

Somewhat hopeful that i can continue at the mental health do not know for sure
