How are you feeling right now #3

Lonely. Miss my friend; made an innocent joke, and it was taken badly.

Slightly nauseated and tired. In a good mood though.

Like I am crazy, don't belong, yadda yadda - but I am not. I am just a tad strange to most that's all.

Better since went out to eat dinner. Rarely even go out to eat and it was fun and ate ice cream for dessert. Enjoying the last bit of warm weather until fall hits.

depressed, numb, and sweaty

My teeth hurt. Dont know what it is. Might be sinuses. Really don't need this.

I couldn't sleep. Right now I'm not tired, but I have a feeling I'll get sleepy when it's time to go to work.

Invisible. Ignored.

This remains true. My daughter is still adjusting to her medications, and she's still in a slightly manic phase. I'm not sure there's any sign of her coming down anytime soon. No matter how early I get up, she's already up and around, and the minute she sees me, it's talk-talk-talk about random topics. I don't even have a chance to *breathe* first. I don't have a minute to myself. Even if she tries to calm herself down and be "meditative," it lasts maybe five seconds before she starts chattering again. If I'm doing something I need to concentrate on--makes no difference. Constant interruptions.

Please understand, I know she can't help it. I'm not blaming her, but I do have to vent because it's got me TOTALLY on edge.

Pretty content.

I feel ok but it is 2am here in the UK but I don't want to sleep,I had a good day/night.I ate dinner at the pub,gammon,chips,eggs,peas,mushroom and tomato,washed down with Pepsi and malibu and orange.Both of which aren't allowed for diabetic type 2 which I am!But I enjoyed them drinks so never mind!

I saw the film ,A Star Is Born,with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper,it was an impressive effort,a moving tale and well acted,it was inspiring and I want to start writing.I want to become the best version of myself and achieve all that I can be.I feel good.

Ridiculous....I feel utterly, totally, ridiculous.....

I feel hurt and overwhelmed

Tired....

No change. Feel like I'm gonna start pulling my hair out. I'm in desperate need of some peace and quiet.

I woke up with a headache. I don't know what I did... but when I get these headaches, they usually last all day and don't go away with medicine, so I'm feeling kind of crappy and like it's going to be a waste of a Saturday.

Also, desperately hating my job and feeling kind of beaten down by it.

I am sad tonight,I feel lonely and I want companionship.I feel so alone.I need some attention.Some loving care.

I feel sick too

I just spent an hour and a half doing the washing up,cleaning in the kitchen,putting the bins out and changing the cat litter and cleaning the tray.I am physically tired now and that has made me severely depressed,which is usual for me if I get tired then surely as night follows day my moods plummet.

So I am not feeling too good tonight,plus earlier I was feeling so lonely and I craved companionship,I still feel so alone,I want love and attention.

I’ve been tired since 3.

I'm feeling pretty good, actually. I'm looking forward to church and meditation group tomorrow.
