How are you feeling right now #3

I am much better and going to get more rest now it has been decided to leave my elderly blind mum's care to the carer's though she is blind and it's painful to leave her to rely on strangers but looking after her care needs is too exhausting for me to do and I have care needs of my own.

As of this moment, I am feeling bullied, attacked, and censored.

Those are just feelings.

I feel a lot better then I did earlier.

Happy, productive and absolutely exhausted. Looking forward to bed time.

I am feeling good.

A cd I wanted just arrived in the mail.

what's more it's a cd I had previously destroyed out of anger so it's even better

I am a person that you can just forget.... hear of unforgettable people well I am a forgettable person.
It is quiet sad sometimes to really realize

I’m kind of frustrated. I forgot my night geodon that I take at 5. No wonder I wasn’t hungry. I took a melatonin and then remembered my geodon. It’s almost 10. I have to get up at 5:30. Geodon makes me really tired. I’m worried I’ll have a difficult time waking up. Not to mention 15 minutes after taking it I ate 350 calories. I swear if I got off geodon I’d lose 20-30 pounds.

Not great. We had a conflict last night and I'm not feeling good right now. I suppose these things will happen periodically, but I wish he would come downstairs and talk to me about it.

I don’t know exhausted and unearthly feeling of like crap.

Yesterday I was in tonnes of pain emotional and physical. I kept calling my psych nurse and then she called me 30mins before she was going to leave the office. She said she was dealing with one crisis to the next. I talked to her about lots of things and then she made me make a plan of what I was doing for the weekend. I definitely still feel like I am in a crisis. I wanted to talk to her face to face, yet she is calling me on Monday. Then I see her on Wednesday my pay day.

Tired...

I feel sleepy!It is raining out though and I am indoors with the heater on covered in a blanket and cosy and I have my two cats with me and I feel safe and as well as can be expected,so I am not feeling too bad.

Disappointed...

Today has been one of my better days. My younger sister and her kids came over. That always cheers me up a bit. I`m grateful today has been good.

The bullies have won. They destroyed me. Now what? Do they celebrate or something? Will it ever end?? Are they happy now? Will they move on to bully someone else? Will they EVER Leave me alone to wallow in the pool of misery they put me in? Can I ever get back what they took from me?? I'm in a bad way and there is no help to be found. I suppose this makes them happy.

I feel good. We got past our conflict and had a great day and night. We spontaneously booked a hotel out of town to see some music. We had a blast.

I am feeling low and I am sleepy again today!

Still sick. Now other family members are too.

Lightheaded and kind of like I’m going to throw up. Mentally I feel decent.

Worried,anxious,afraid....my cat Snowdrops is at the vet today going under anaesthetic

I have a bit on an upset stomach but I’m feeling fine.

I feel like an instant knockout

Cat got on ok at vets,she was gonna have teeth removed but that wasn't necessary,she ended up with just a scale and polish.I am sleepy but happy,not low today like I was,feeling good,looking forward to the next week,got things to look forward to.

I'm not getting any quiet, alone time, and that's making me tense. It's not my daughter's fault. She was just discharged, still slightly manic, and hasn't adjusted to her new meds yet. It's going to take a while. She talks nonstop, and even if she leaves the house, she calls me on her cell phone every few minutes. Nothing to be done about it, but I do need to vent.

A bit tense. Anxious for my new job but at the same time looking forward to working again.
