I'd like to get one more tattoo and/or piercing before I move. I thought Snoopy and Woodstock would be best to represent where I grew up and the closing of a final chapter in my life. And plus, they are just so doggone cute! I also want to have vibrant colors on my arms and I like the way I colored it. It won't be the exact colors, but at least that way the colors make it my own.

Tattoo Design and Piercings!

Tattoo Design and Piercings!

Also, I am looking at piercings. Right now I am thinking of getting a nose stud on one side and a nose ring on the other, do I have the nose for that? My best friend thinks I would look good with a septum piercing, and I think I could pull it off but I am not sure how I will be treated by family, friends, strangers, etc if I got one. I am looking at lip piercings and ear piercings as well one of them being an Ashley piercing AKA it's the bottom lip but only the one ball is showing...

What do you think I could wear best and which piercings should I avoid?

I have many, many tattoos and love them dearly. I really like the style of your red balloon tattoo.

Piercings. I had my nostril pierced a zillion years ago and I've had it double-pierced (on one side) a couple of times. That didn't work well either time. Basically, it was a big hassle to take care of both piercings and the jewelries tended to hit up against each other. I think that you could easily wear any type of nostril piercing. I also agree with your best friend - I think you could seriously rock a septum piercing. And who cares what anyone thinks...anyway, nowadays septum piercings are so common, everyone has seen one or more (I hope).

I don't have personal experience with lip piercings. The only suggestion I can offer is that I know a number of people who had major issues with lip piercings. Jewelry rejected by body, infections, and tooth sensitivity from the jewelry. Personally, my top choice for you would be a septum piercing - plus there are so many beautiful septum rings!

I’ve a ring through my right nostril that I dearly love (someone here actually made the suggestion!), a right ear stud and nipple bars that are visible through silk and some cotton t-shirts. I think that I love my nostril ring so much because of the intense aftercare.

I have a very bright red and yellow and green poly tattoo on the back of my neck — a very stylized heart with a green infinity symbol and my initial (first name) and the initials of my polyandrous partners. My longish hair and collared shirts obscure it but it’s visible with t-shirts.

I love bright, bright colors in tattoos.

Yes, you’ve a great nose! Accessorize!

I agree with Laurie about the septum piercing. When I was in the hospital, three nurses who saw my piercings showed me their ‘secret’ piercings that weren’t to be shown while on duty.

In Cali/Orgygon, I’m guessing (well, I know) that visible piercings on all sexes are as common as stubble-cuts on men.

Be brave.

Sorry friends, it was my friend's suggestion for a septum, but I honestly think they make you look like a bull...to put it nicely. Okay, now I won't put it nicely...but not too mean...I think they're ugly...Oops!

I am absolutely terrified of piercings even though I've done it over ten times. They scare me to the point that I almost fainted with my last piercing. I'll plan it out so that I take my anxiety meds a half hour before the piercing and I'll have them give me a mirror so they can watch.

I won't do a lip piercing again. I had trouble with them healing. But maybe I'll try again. I dunno. I don't want to go overboard. And I only wear my labia piercing because I don't know how to take it out, and I certainly wouldn't be able to put it back in! Seriously, I've had my labia piercing for five years and I seriously don't know how to take it out. But it doesn't bother me and it's edgy, so it stays. And it's fun to play with when I'm bored.

I'm having a cheat night. I'm eating cheez whiz and crackers, frozen fruit, wine cooler, and later on Hershey's Gold. I'm doing very well on my diet and don't stray too far from overeating or snacking/junk food binging.

Anyway, I figured I'd let you in on my other tattoos, so here ya go. Love you guys, you guys make me feel so special. I feel people ignore me on this site. I got a bit of a bad rap here, so I feel like half this site has me on ignore...probably why my posts never get answered But even though we've only connected recently, I feel so excited when you guys reply to me. XOXOXO

Tinypic is the only way I know how to upload photos to PC from my computer...and I had my music on youtube going which caused all my tabs to freak out. For a second, I thought I nearly lost all the links...JESUS!!!

Anyway, here's me with a lip piercing. Oh mighty lord you better do some serious kudos or something I dunno that was a nightmarish ordeal. As my elementary school crush always said...RUMPH A DUMPH DUMPH!

Chicken.

Be brave.

No, seriously. Maybe because I’ve endured such great pain during and after surgeries (I awoke whilst having my first open-heart surgery) I didn’t flinch during last years new piercings or tattoo.

Go figure.

I am in absolute adoration of my new Snoopy and Woodstock tattoo. It's by far my best tattoo yet, and the best part is I can actually SEE my tattoo! All my tattoos I have to look at them upside down or backwards in a mirror, so I can't SEE what others can see when they look at it. But my Snoopy, OH MY SNOOPY! It's just unimaginably CUTENESS OVERLOAD! BEST. TATTOO. EVER!

But! I decided I will not post pictures of it online, not just yet. I want my mom and dad to see it first, then *my three best friends*. I want my *cousin I'm seeing before I leave* to see it, and I want my Soul Sister and her mom to see it as well. I just don't want to post pictures of it because pictures never do it justice. And this particular tattoo is just so special to me. It means a lot to me. I absolutely love it.

I have you know that I'm one of the bravest people I know! But piercings make me squeamish and make me feel faint. But I've got a dozen of them over the years and a new addition to my ears is done so HA!

I can't explain why they make me faint and squeamish. But after the piercing I can say the tattoo made me feel all orgasmic and melting inside. God, I can't explain it, but the tattoo experience was just so euphoric.

Thank you. I'm considering it, but I'm not sure my lips are full enough. If you look on pinterest these girls have some seriously PLUMPED UP lips.
