I watch cartoons, all the time, just not quite sure what you mean by PBS

I guess it's not an England thing

I haven't heard of Hollyoaks. I used to like PBS Kids as a kid and still watch it sometimes but not everyday. PBS is the Public Broadcasting Service channel, it's nice because they don't have many commercials.
Thanks for this!

PBS is Public Broadcasting System...it's kept on the air by donations and viewer support. One of the few intelligent stations in the States. Oh - and they show British drama.

I don’t watch new cartoons but I still watch the cartoons and children’s shows that I grew up with (cartoons and live action), especially Mister Rogers and old Sesame Street episodes. It reminds me of a time when I truly believed that the world could be a wonderful place.

We — especially in America — desperately need Fred Rogers.

But I have kids, so perhaps my answer doesn’t count.

Amazon Prime is where I usually find them. Or clips on YouTube.

I never heard of "Hollyoaks" Now thanks to reading "Raging Vortex" I know its a soap. Not into Soaps. Love watching classic movies on Turner Classic Movies. Just watched "Year of Living Dangerously" Such a moody, atmospheric thriller. Loved Linda Hunt playing Billy Kwan That is Billy as in William. She one an Oscar ( Best Supporting Actress))for her acting in that movies.

I've never heard of Hollyoaks either. I don't watch cartoons every day, but if I'm depressed and happen to come across "Curious George" on PBS, well, I'm inclined to watch. I usually find the music they use weirdly entertaining! And, when I'm trying to brush up on my French, I like to watch "The Mickey Mouse House" in French on YouTube ("La Maison de Mickey"). Again, weirdly entertaining (and educational!).

Favorite show lately has been "The Good Place" though! Anyone else following it? I finally caught Season 2 on Netflix, and Season 3 is going to start this month, I think. Very cute and funny show.

I used to watch the morning kids shows and cartoons for a number of months. It was actually quite soothing for my depression, to watch and listen to and see something happy and innocent, yes. Fairies and goblins and teddy bears, heh.

Saw it some time ago. Yeah it is a great film.

have watched all the uk soaps at one time but not for a long time. So Coronation st, eastenders, emmerdale, Brookside ( eh brookie, you awlright soft lad. Our kids gorra new pair of keks ). Genuine scouser haha not). But not hollyoaks or...god forbid 'the archers'.
And of course, Dallas, Die nasty, Not to forget the aussies. The young doctors, neighbours, Home and Away. But I don't watch any soaps now. I guess subscribing to vlogs on youtube is something similar. Real life soaps.
