feeling pretty bored and irritated, as well as a bit lonely

Mixed emotions this morning

Im ok a little anxious this afternoon

Agitated, annoyed, bored.

I had some disgusting Brie cheese that left a bad taste in my mouth. That was the only brand of Brie I liked. So I’m not sure what happened. But I feel kind of blah right now because of it.

Hello I am feeling miserable.The weather is hot and humid with rain.I had an unpleasant experience last weekend looking after my elderly,blind,infirm mother,she is 87 and has Charles Bonnet syndrome.She hallucinates and has a past narrative going on.She thinks her mum and dad are still alive and she is back in her village abroad.She needed the commode 10 times overnight and wore me out with her physical needs and demands,she is stuck in the past,she keeps saying Mother Mary help me,all of this is exhausting and very depressing.

Then when I got home after that I had another leak in the bathroom at 1am.I had to turn off the mains and find a way to empty the cistern without it filling up again,which I did,but not before the water dripped through the ceiling!
Then my computer broke down so I am at the internet cafe using theirs until I can afford to fix it or buy another one.So annoying.

Today I woke up tired and I am so very depressed.I feel awful.Nothing helps,I feel so alone too and I have yoga class tonight and I don't feel like going but am going to go because it is good for my body to do yoga.
So with my computer being broke I won't be on here that much.

I went out of my comfort zone and joined a yoga class.I felt a great deal of fear.I am also afraid I will chicken out and stop going I don't want to do that cos my body feels so good afterwards.

I feel like I swallowed a piece of hair.

Sad, depressed and miserable.

I feel ok.Lonely I wish there was someone that understands me.I am at the cinema complex at the cafe,I just am having a coffee.I am going to see a Hindi film at 8pm.I am looking forward to it.I am surrounded by lots of people here and I am friendly with the baristas that work here!I still have feelings of loneliness though.

Anxious this afternoon waiting for a phone call from my t to reschedual a app in July

I probably feel more tired then I actually realize.

Sleepy, but need to stay a wake a bit longer to put my laundry in the dryer

Uncomfortable, not knowing how to respond to a post, kept deleting my response then gave up— good choice for me though!

I kind of feel bad physically right now. Apparently not eating any sugar isn’t good. And I’ve gone 10 days without eating any. I hope I didn’t give myself hypoglycemia.

I am getting by,I am ok I suppose.I feel tired.I am hanging out at the cafe again.I feel lost and kinda like I have been abandoned.No one pays me any attention.I am waiting until 7pm to see a theatre production film at the cinema about migrants that came from Jamaica in the 1940s on HMS Windrush.The play follows three people and their aspirations.Today in the UK children of migrants who arrived on HMS Windrush are being asked to prove with documentation that they have a legal right to stay here,if they can't prove so our government is deporting them.It is a terrible situation.People who were born here and lived here all their lives in their 50s and 60s are being forced to leave this country and go to somewhere they have never known or lived!Our government is very racist!

I’ve been feeling kinda lightheaded all day and I still am. I don’t really get it. I’ve eaten plenty and I don’t feel like I need to eat any more. I’ve had enough water too.

Betrayed and disgusted. Watching the liars and manipulators get ahead because the ones in charge like them better shows how dysfunctional the system is.
