I know I need to just get over it but I’m still feel a bit freaked out about this whole new coworker situation. I’m worried I’m going to be working with her again and she’ll get mad at me again. This new manager thing is kind of unsettling too. I’m basically feeling a fear of the unknown right now.

My narc sister tried to make trouble between my niece and I.So I have gone no contact with my narc sister and I feel stronger for it.She was starting to control me again using money to make me dependent on her and using me to help her take breaks from looking after my mum.I am angry with her but angry with myself too for letting her in and starting to trust her again!When will I learn she is a narc who hates me and she can't be trusted ever!She wants to hurt me!

Not good, I’m still grappling with finding out my cancer is not likely treatable and was worse than implied originally. I’m just depressed at all the things I’ll likely never get to do now.

Mixed feelings over Mueller report. At times He seemed kind of out if it. Senior moments?!!! OTOH i really loved how he said his report didn't exonerate the president. YAYYY Its Mueller time!!!

Struggling today. Higher dose of Lamictal has quieted my mind considerably, but now I feel depressed and very anxious. Feeling pretty discouraged at this point.

I feel kind of nauseated. I have a box of these grilled seaweed rolls which only have 10 calories per roll so I ate a couple of them and they are not really agreeing with my stomach. Could also be nerves about work tomorrow. But every time I think of my nausea my mind goes back to the seaweed. Who knows though.
