Depressed and tired

Feeling fine... just kind of sad that summer is almost over.

Feeling better than yesterday.

I feel fine just tired which is good.

Really good. Awake and alert after being tired all day.

Nervous about asking for help again.
Tired.
But, ok.

I feel like somethings wrong. Like I took the wrong medication or ate something that is causing food poisoning or that something is just plain not right. Most likely I’m just having a panic attack.

Pretty good. It's been a pretty crappy day, but it's improving.

I was feeling better. Now I feel nervous about making a phone call.

A bit angry, I think it's pms.

Kind of depressed. Just... overwhelmed. Realizing how much of my life I've wasted. Also, it's been a stressful couple of weeks... everything is breaking.

- Rugs in my house... I moved one and realized the backs were disintegrating, and leaving piles of dirt that looked like sand. I threw them all out and vacuumed.

- Dishwasher broke this year, I'm finally getting it replaced. It is going to take EIGHT visits (!!!) to get the new one fully installed (long story). Hopefully it will be working on Monday (visit #7 - electrician) and by the end of next week the store will come back to take away the old one (visit #8)!

- My microwave broke last week too, just got a replacement last night, yay.

- And, my AC went out last week. It was almost 20 years old, so it got replaced... but it was super stressful having someone in my house for 2 days, and I'm still getting used to the new one (it makes more sounds).

I was doing really well with my dieting over the last month, but this week just sort of fell apart. Too much sugar, which is probably making my more depressed. Ugh.

Cocaine, whiskey, a little morphine and cosmic proof that 'god' is a fiction of man...would make the day go muuuch smoother.
Mind you, although I don't imbibe in anything stronger than prescribed meds and caffeine at this point...
I'll maintain the opinion that this particular day and those similar...would likely benefit from the aforementioned 4 steps.

Mixed emotions this afternoon

Concerned how my pdoc appt. will go for me. How understanding he'll be with my issues. Just some general anxieties concerning the visit.

Considering the weekend passed had been tricky, I am feeling quite well now.

I feel depressed and headachy.

Sick, I have this horrible headache that won't seem to go away. I hope it goes away soon.

I feel like ripping out my ovaries or appendix. But also like I know I need to make it to work.
