Been incredibly lucky...about 50-75 miles away from the freezing rain...

And, its been raining like cats and dogs here, but around 34-35-36. Praise God...this old man dont look funny walking on the ice (not to mention falling on the ice, either...)

As it happens Sunshine, my leg does shake when someone scratches behind my ears.

Bebop, that sounds wonderful. Man, I wish I really could just take off like that. Ah, freedom.

We're probably getting snow on the mountains but the clouds are covering everything so I can't see. We've had some icy bridges and stuff. So far the roads aren't too bad. Just not used to this in the desert! Cold weather is supposed to be good for MS but its sure making me stiff and sore. Weather Check Think I've got some arthritis going on or something, though I've never been tested for it.

Usually I welcome storms here, but this is ridiculous and I want the sun back.

Hope you feel better soon Ray Ray. I know the cold weather bothers my arthritis and fibro alot. I have many more flare ups with the fibro in the winter than in the summer.

Weather Check

See it does freeze in S. Florida. This is the same year it took 13 hours to took the Christmas turkey because of brown outs. I really don't understand why everyone was turning on their heat.

Ya'll stay safe now, ya here!

All kidding aside my heart goes out to each and everyone of you suffering through the ice and cold temps. Be safe.

Still miserable here. All I see outside is grey. We had a thunderstorm last night but it pretty much stayed in the mountains. They're forecasting rain all day today and tomorrow with possible thunderstorms. They say if we get the thunderstorms, the snow level might drop. It snows once in a blue moon in Tucson. I have to go out soon to let my friend's dog out and I'm not looking forward to it.

I woke up hurting so bad.....

Mountains were out for a bit, covered in snow, tried to get pics but my cell cam isn't good for distance. Clouds over the mountains again now, sun tried to say hello but then quickly went and hid again.

Gonna barracade myself into my friend's apartment soon and watch the new Harry Potter on his big screen with surround sound. Dog and cat will be happy to have company. Wish I had a dry place to walk the doggie.

It's warm here today, 1°C with light rain. Where's my good -20°C winter weather? I want to go way up north for the holidays, I miss my snowstorms and icy roads.

We have a heavy snow warning until 11pm. I watched a movie at my friend's place and then was going to my meeting but the storm was coming in and it was so scary....I came home instead. Its 42 out and they're warning of snow and sleet. Not used to this in the desert.

I thought of you when I was debating driving to my meeting or going home. I decided home would be safer.
