sky - can we leave the religious comments to the religious section? its not right to get on others for shoving their beliefs in your face if you do the same thing. just my opinion. thats why we have a religious section, so that we dont have to see it in other places as well.

as leader of the government, Bush has held his closest advisors in unison... an orchestra of in-common solidarity towards achieving his agendas.. in all faces of adversity... not an easy accomplishment..

and for the bold changes he's made, a neccessity ..

so far, he's been successful maintaining his alliances within the White House.. i havent witnessed a President in recent history who's faced the types of decisions he's had to confront... and held popular support in the process..

disclaimer: not to suggest support nor non support of G.W. Bush

CourtKnee for economics you can look into his tax cuts to stimulate the economy. Its known as supply side economics. The theory is that if you give larger tax cuts to the highest income workers and corporations that the money will be used for investment and will generate jobs. During his presidency there has been low unemployment and relatively low inflation.

An example of leadership would be assembling and convincing other nations to join a coalition to defeat the Taliban in Afghanistan and drive Al Queda out of the country. IM sure that he would consider that a high light of his presidency.

Court Knee I posted the time's link on man of the year, regardless as to who all they select, the article does have some good on him.

Salukigirl, all personal belief comments whether they are religious or not are allowed in personal posts. The Spirituality Forum is not the only place to put them. President Bush That forum is for direct support in the spiritual realm.

One of the links I gave has excellent leadership stuff too. Come on CK... HONORS class and you already had several pages? You can do this!

(((chalmette))) You might need to put the forum on iggy for a bit? President Bush

I was in Hurricane Andrew (8/24/92) and there are still issues from that in South Florida... It's easy to blame a President. He really doesn't have all that power we try to give him. That's a good thing I think. (((hugs)))

Members are merely asked to give research material. Its not a political discussion.

Thanks,

Court........... I myself would research behind the agenda he entered the Prez Position at The first Time . Correlate those cause and effect items .. Then tangent off as to how this helped him as to re-election <<< Then continue the walk chronologically . That should take up alot of space and research technique ,,,.. G O O D L U C K ..

Yeah hey guys sorry i havent replied at all!
i really really really appreciate all your help
and i apologize for any conflicts i started by making this post
my paper is done... 8 pages =]
its just my rough draft so its in the process of being proof read.
i had my history teacher take a look at it... way less red pen then i was thinking it would have
she said its fantastic but she cant really "grade" it because that
wouldnt be fair so she jsut made some corrections in grammer and such and gave some suggestions so thats good.
now my sociology teacher has it tonight to read
then im going to have my english teacher take a look
and then after i correct all of the stuff they think i should
i want to have sara take a look at it
i actually am feeling pretty confident about it.
im hoping it gets me an A
it counts as two test grades

again i thank you all for your help!!!!!!!!!!

What a smarty-pants - I love it!!!

I would LOVE to read an essay on that! Not by a professional though...they tend to take all the fun out of opinions, having to be so politically correct and all.
