Still have the flu. Upside: I need to lose some weight.

Mixed emotions

Nervous about my dentist appointment.

Depressed this afternoon

And I didn't sleep enough and head is kinda achy.
Gonna have coffee now. Let's see if it doesn't make me hyper and anxious again. (Good for productivity. But not necessarily healthy? I dunno! Seriously, it's lime I don't even k ow what's good for me anymore, everybody disagrees with me!)

Ok, maybe add a little bit of irritability to that mix. :P

Right at this very moment I feel so fortunate to have this place to go.

I feel good, relaxed and wide awake.

Not too bad, little tired.

I went to bed really hungry at 5. I woke up 10 minutes ago not hungry at all but very anxious. I forgot to take my visteral yesterday so I took it now.

Thanks, I went to get a flu test yesterday and it turned out negative but my intestines are still feeling upside down. Upside--I changed my whole diet and stopped taking Zoloft since Saturday (when it started) since it is a medication that has always upset my stomach. I only occassionally take Xanax but haven't taken that in a while either (since Thursday?). I seem to be handling it OK so far. They drugs numb my emotions; they were prescribed to ease my problems with anxiety but I am successfully combatting my anxiety with prayer and meditation. I think more clearly without them. I have also cut my coffee intake way back (one or two cups a day) because I am staying away from anything that might upset my stomach. I am eating much blander foods.

Though my stomach still hurts, they changes were needed a long time ago to be the best person I can be. I am planning on making another doctor appointment to figure out why my stomach still hurts though....

Since taking time away for PC since burning out, I'm beginning to feel better in myself.

My anxiety is better but I’m still very tired and still feeling kind of sick physically. I might just go lie down for an hour or so.

Like a mote of dust in the sun.

Right now I am feeling sleepy. In fact, I am yawning as I type this.

Calm and centered which is a good feeling.
