Frustrated with the scale. And I know my mom is just going to say “ I don’t know what to tell you.” I mean, I paid $267 for preplanned meals and literally nothing happened.

Kind of blah today after a week of bipolar mood upswing. I'm not sure why it was extinguished so quickly. I had taken extra antipsychotic these past couple days. It's surprising that that's all it took.

I don't feel depressed at all, and yet I have zero desire to leave the house. I really do have a couple things I'd like to get from the store and pharmacy.

I don’t have any long sleeve sensory shirts, my weighted vest, or my weighted blanket with me, and I’m gone until Sunday afternoon. I’m kind of struggling right now. I have Xanax but it’s not what I need. I don’t really feel like being here.

I'm scared. Watching a scary show and it was pretty disturbing to me. It is kinda interesting though to see where my limits are. Some stuff that others think as scary don't scare me as much. Weird huh?

Mountaindewed - Maybe too late, but do you have access to a bath towel? I'm not sure if this will help, but I've noticed, if I put a towel around myself (upper body, with my arms *inside*) - cross your arms in front of you so each hand is grabbing the opposite side of the towel, and pull on the ends of the towel... it gives you a good "hug". With my arms crossed, I can pull pretty tightly, but because the towel is big/wide, it's not painful or anything... just a good squeeze. That might help in place of some of the other things? I don't know, just an idea to try if you wanted to try something... I imagine it might be similar to a weighted blanket?

Me - I'm tired. Repair person is coming to fix my washer this morning. He said to block off 8am to 11am. I'm usually *just* getting out of bed at 8 (during the week), so I had to get up extra early to make sure I'm dressed. He just called and is on his way, but it's like 8:45 now... if he had just said he'd be here at 9 to start with, it would have been so hugely helpful.

I hate when repair people/etc want to come super early on Saturday It's such a struggle for me. In this case, I didn't push back, because I also really want my washing machine fixed, so...

*sleepy*

Thanks. @guilloche. I have done that before blankets. Sheets too. I’m going to go to the sporting goods store this afternoon and buy a new shirt.

My repair people never come on time. They are always super late. I hope you can get some rest.

Today I feel ok. I slept good for the first time in a couple days. And this is the best I’ve ever slept away from home. I guess being mentally exhausting can do that to you.

Mountaindewed - Glad you're going to be able to get what you need this afternoon

My repair guy is gone, everything is fixed! I was a little worried, he was also cleaning the dryer vent, and wasn't sure if his tools would be able to get through everything. If not, he was going to need to have some other people on his team come out this afternoon - which I was dreading - since I didn't want my whole day to be about fixing the washer/dryer.

But it all worked out. I am still exhausted though - it's amazing how much of a difference it makes, having to get up a little earlier. I can barely keep my eyes open.

And, we lose an hour tonight! So it's not going to get better!

And next Saturday the bug guy comes, and he's almost always EARLY!

I wish I had the brain of a morning person, but I really don't. I've been trying to get to bed earlier so I can improve my sleep... and doing pretty good with that... but still... mornings are just not my favorite thing!

Happy Saturday to everyone!

I got 10 hours of sleep last night. And it’s daylight savings day. I feel pretty good mood wise. And confident I didn’t mess anything up sleep wise.

I was *super* productive yesterday, like - "yay, me!" productive. I got my taxes done! Exciting.

But, in the evening, I crashed a bit - bad headache, very tired, so ended up in bed early. Slept a ton. Lots of interesting dreams... in one I walked into some sort of pirate-reenactment community and got stuck on their ship, couldn't figure out how to get out! (Edit to add: And I was confused, b/c I thought I had somehow gone back in time! Fun dream! )

But today, I'm kind of blah. I slept in, but hate the time change. Every time I look at the clock, it feels weirdly *wrong*. I have stuff I need to do, but just want to crawl back into bed, even though I got lots of sleep, and just woke up a couple hours ago.

Dreading going back to work tomorrow too, which doesn't help.

I'm trying to fight these symptoms of depression with sunshine, coffee, and forcing myself awake. I dunno why lately I just feel so tired! I guess I'm a little bummed my "vacation" is over. :/
Suppose daylight savings didn't help either. I went to bed earlier, but since we pushed the clocks ahead an hour, it was pretty much pointless. Sigh!

I have a sore throat. I’m thinking it’s just anxiety. But honestly, who really knows right now. For sure my anxiety really is up the wazoo no matter what it is.
