I created a Reddit page and I thought it was a new one and I looked at a couple pages and then I realized that I had somehow logged into someone else’s page. I freaked out and then logged out. I am freaking out so badly. Is anything going to happen? This happened about a week ago.

Send the person a message. Say, "Hey, I'm really sorry, I made a mistake and this is what happened...you should change your password." Also, you should change your password as well as that is a very strange coincidence.

Can anything happen? Can I go to jail?

No, there's nothing illegal about signing on someone else's account.

Most certainly no one goes to jail for that.

I don't think you will go to the jail for that. But how do you know his pass and username? Could it be it is actually your long forgotten account?
