Seeing the trees turn beautiful, brilliant colors red, orange, gold.

I see you're from Romania. That's a country I would like very much to visit.

On the outside I’m as cool as a cucumber. I’m talking about Christmas music and SpongeBob with my mom and acting totally fine. On the inside I am panicking and super nervous and not sure exactly what to do or what will happen in the next few hours.

Considering the stressful events in my life, I'm doing quite well, not that I haven't had some freak outs. Very few, though. I'm soon moving from the US to Czech Republic.

Welcome to PC, The Great Forest! My first love (at university) was born in Bucharest. His name was Mihai. His father was originally from Brașov and his mother from the town of Sinaia. I remember a handful of words and phrases, in Romanian. I also know how to make two delicious ciorba from Mihai's mother. Another, that I loved, I wish I had learned how to make. It was a soup with dumplings that contained rice. Would you happen to have such a rice dumpling recipe? Unfortunately, his mother passed away some years back, or I might have asked him to ask her for the recipe. I doubt Mihai knows how to make them. He never cooked. I haven't corresponded with him for a good 10 years, or so.

Hmm ,i for one don't cook so i don't know much about the recipe in itself but if it helps you..i think the name is "supa de galuste" ,thats the only thing that comes to my mind ,if that isn't it it must be some regional dish.
