1. I am wearing a halloween shirt with a skull on it (really in to the halloween spirit this year)

2. I had a nice breakfast (marmite on toast, which was a bit of a treat for the inner child)

3. I don't hurt too much today in terms of my back

4. weather isn't too bad

5. it's 1 day closer to the weekend
