A couple of good friends
One sister that I am close with again, who told me I am her only friend
Two sons who come to me for emotional comforting (so sad the third chose to close up and can’t really understand why and what is wrong with him)
Stopped the profuse, hysterical crying (not sure why, been off all meds too)
At peace with the way things are

1. Fully vaccinated and able to go out in public again
2. Cool weather, so don't need a/c
3. Am starting to lose weight
4. Streaming TV services
5. Enough food
