Here we go again.....

Hurricane season does not officially start until June 1st, but the first named storm is in the Atlantic. I don't freak about hurricanes but have a very healthy respect for them. My area was blasted by the storms of 2004 (5 of them!) and Irma in 2017. Maybe it's everything that's happened in the last year, but this is just too much.

I’m still waiting for there to be a hurricane named after me. I know they are not good though. I hope you stay safe.

I better stock up. I survived Hurricane Harvey in Houston in 2017. Was very lucky not to lose power, water, or Internet.

We get the left over wind & rain here in Ky after land fall has helped it die down some. The destruction from hurricanes is scary

The storm rained on the fishies in the Atlantic and fizzled out, thank heaven. I'm hoping the rest of them this year do the same.

Our weatherman I follow in Louisville follows & reports on hurricanes. Here in Ky we don't get hit by them but we sure get the remains of them that travel over the land. We also get many here who travel to be safely away from them also.

Glad this one fizzled out over the fishies & not over land
