This isnt meant to be a super positive post more for my anxiety but I guess it will go unnoticed

I've had this weird gastro stomach pain issue since yesterday morning and also I still am getting the urinary retention hesistancy and my left side has been hurting for a couple days. I'm super exhausted right now. I should probably call my primary doctor or set up a sooner appointment with my kidney doctor. Idk. I have therapy today and I am prepared to be *****ed at again about my eating habits.

Getting a headache or a migraine. Not sure which yet. Ugh.

Feeling like no one cares, but I know that is just my brain being mean to me.

I`m feeling a bit irritable right now. I don`t know why.

3 days until I move .... today I'm going to tackle tidying up my daughter's room ... she's moved out with a friend she's not coming with us but she's left her room in a state and I can't be asked to tell her to come back to tidy it up! Tomorrow morning I'll do the rest of my room = most of it is done. Settlement is tomorrow = we'll get the keys to our new house tomorrow afternoon! Yeehaw! Then we move on Friday morning.

Bring. It. On. !

Can't get a blood draw to monitor a couple of existing issues. Last draw was in Aug. Doc left practice in Sept. Feeling depleted/tired since Xmas or so. Need to travel to major center for free clinic. Not in position to get there. Min. 6 month waiting period to see even a nurse practitioner. Hard times everywhere I know but I really need to curse and swear a bit. No worries, I'll do it once I'm signed outta here.

I made it to the doctor and got some tests done and I'm waiting on the resuIts. I feel horrible right now though and I don't think I can do anything else.

I have so much trouble expressing my emotions. I rarely even know what they are. I guess I am depressed. I might be lonely or tired as well. I don't know how to self soothe so I guess I am stuck with whatever these feelings are.

Too much excitement. Today is the day I move into my new home with my partner.

I feel like getting my doctors all in on a group chat and saying what I am feeling is not right. Then let them discuss things altogether with each other to come up with a solution.

I’m having a bad day today. It’s not the worst day, but I want to run away and hide anyway. It’s making me feel like crap.

I'm excellent. I got a job in the field I went to school for. I'm just finishing up my first week. It's been super busy for me and stressful, but my coworkers are really nice and I'm learning a lot. The dust of change is settling and I'm feeling better about it.

I’m feeling glad it’s Friday. I need a break. Hopefully nothing happens today.

I don't feel good still. I have a lot of bad stomach pain that nothing seems to help. I just had a bunch of diarrhea a few minutes ago. I had the chills and a 96.3 temp but its better now. I have a call into my doctor but I don't know if he'll respond today.

I been lerning a bit about religious beliefs and its set my guilt off again, cause catholics apparently teach that your not allowed to actively take a life, under any circumstances, so the vet giving Ebony the euthanasia solution and her passing away in my arms means according to catholics i murdered her

I had diarrhea over 7 times yesterday afternoon and last night. Today things were pretty calm this morning. I wasn't hungry and I was tired but I kept ice cream and Gatorade down. I dozed off for an hour or around 10. Then about an hour ago the diarrhea started again and I've had it twice and I'm just tired and my stomach hurts. Idk whats up.

I'm in so much pain. Luckily my doctors are very good at communicating with me and taking me seriously. I've gotten answers from all 3 of the ones I messaged this week. Plus my therapist. I'm trying my hardest to avoid the ER and wait until I can get into see my doctor. He said he could see me tommorow. I just have to get through tonight. I do have therapy in the morning and I want to see her in person but I'm not sure I can make it or if I'll have to do virtual again. She was very understanding today.
