No well, I feel helpless
Life has been a nightmare since 2017 and i got stuck in a lake of paralysis where i gradually lost all my dignity As much as i want to live, since 2018 i have been feeling defeated cause time was not more at my side |

I am feeling hopeful.
I finally managed to submit a complaint about my local mental health service, and I left contact details for them to get back to me. I hope to sort a few things out |

I guess I'm not doing as good as I thought I was. My family situation is awful. I still feel motivated at least.

I have to share my news (I am sharing it with anyone who will listen, really!)
A review I wrote of a local mental health service highlighting it's weaknesses and staff attitude actually got published. Not only that, but the rating for the service is currently requires improvement This is brilliant! Also, I put up some Christmas lights today, some blue ones over my computer. They look beautiful |

I feel so frustrated
This person I know literally can't accept the fact that she's not perfect. (Far from it), and always lays the blame with someone else I am so fed up of her |

Cried a lot eventually. Eleven years of horror and i didnt use to be the type of person to look in the past. I am so so angry at myself and helpless

Is it withdrawels or something else today. I'm in bed with the curtains closed and the TV off and all my blankets on today. Mental health wise I'm ok overall I guess.

My father passed away a year and a half ago, and we moved my mother "kicking and screaming" across 2 states to be with us so we could take care of her. She is miserable, refuses to see a counselor, claiming psychology is witchcraft. This feels especially hurtful since I am a counselor myself. Furthermore, she claims that people bring demons into our church. She has no friends of course, because who would want to be friends with her when she's like that? And she complains because my family goes "out and about", which only affects her if we go away for a whole week because she only spends weekends with us anyway. We have tried giving her more time with us, but then she complained about that. I have tried 2 weeks in a row to confront her and put my foot down since she is codependent and taught me to be codependent (although I'm learning to free myself from it), but she refuses to think any differently and says I'm the crazy one.

I feel fine overall. Now that I stopped the antibiotic. My anxiety has been off and on but its ok now. My sister still isnt here and we did get food from the grocery store. So idk if shes gonna flake again like last weekend or what their issue is
I guess I just don't understand ADD and how time gets away from them like that so much. They miss flights and they are hoarders and everything. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |
