My sister was going to drop by for a few minutes. But I'm not sure anymore. I'm not hungry enough to get stuff for dinner and we didnt get a cake. Mainly I'm just glad my icy hot is working right now. I looked at myself in the mirror and I look very tired. Idk. I guess I'm ok.

And then I ended up tossing my cookies shortly after posting this.

Whatever.

Doing alright for a Monday afternoon here this side of the world

I'm doing well here too. Got a psych appointment tomorrow. Can't wait to put on the makeup and get dressed. It's gonna be wonderful because it will definitely show how far I've come in the last few months when thinking of how much I wanna do well again. Drinking tons of water again. And I am being a little more talkative which couldn't have come at a better time.

All in all I'm going great!

Class weren’t overly great. Weren’t overly bad. Is the honeymoon phase ending?

Kinda pretty blah today. I maxed out all my meds super early. Both psych and OTC. I'm not very hungry again either today. I had a couple iced coffees though and a small frozen tamale and some crackers. I can't tell if I feel down or if I don't feel good from a stomach bug. I haven't eaten much since Saturday night. I'm not sure if its med related or stomach related. I messaged my pdoc to rule out med withdrawels first.

I found out some things, those being things I shouldn't have found out especially in my current mindset. Very hard to focus or complete simple tasks even more so then before. My area is still recovering from the snow storm we just had.

Today and right now, I feel ok.

Okay. Not great. Not bad. In between.

I felt ok until an hour or so. I just feel unwell but I'm not sure if its med related or sinus infection related or what. My anxiety is ok. I feel kinda down in the dumps. Maybe I just need a nap. I'm still congested and not 100%.

Just okay……

I managed to get a shower... but um... I had a present this am. I got my make up done, my nails painted. But also something happened that is hurting something awful. I've fallen for the guy working at the mobile unit that was in the area. I knew him when I lived here over a decade ago. But I know its wrong. Really conflicted today.

Cause it is saturday night and i miss having a family much more than going to the disco.

I think I caught something. I’m so tired and my throat hurts. Thinking of going back to bed.

Not bad for a Sunday

I feel fine overall. Now that I stopped the antibiotic. My anxiety has been off and on but its ok now. My sister still isnt here and we did get food from the grocery store. So idk if shes gonna flake again like last weekend or what their issue is

I guess I just don't understand ADD and how time gets away from them like that so much. They miss flights and they are hoarders and everything.

No I was watching the regular super bowl. I didn't know there was a Nickleloden super bowl

I was doing really good today but now I'm kinda a nervous wreck about my pdoc apppointment in a few hours.

I only heard about it on the pre-game show. I dont have nick.

I feel like a hamster in a wheel today…..

I am afraid of my relatives (aunt and grandma) and sorry

In a really peaceful place. Just entirely grateful.

I have energy today to do my laundry and I am able to concentrate on non news TV for the first time in ages.

I can't sleep. These years have been impossibile to deal with
