I overslept again. Did nothing. Barely ate. I am still trying to avoid the ER. But I did at least message my gastro doctor about my symptoms

I've finally found a nurse practitioner with an open spot. My family doctor left his practise last fall so this is good news. Really been needing some blood levels checked. Intake in 2 weeks. Pretty happy/relieved right now.

Today I've been trying to figure out a new stomach med I've been prescribed that has to be taken 4 times a day, on an empty stomach, and an hour before I eat. Luckily it causes loss of appetite so I haven't had that big of an issue figuring out the first 2 doses. I'm kinda puzzled about the last 2 though. Luckily I haven't had any worrisome side effects the way I have with other recent meds I've been on.

Not good. Not happy I trusted my sister to give life and things and chance again. I feel like I should have went to forest to fade away for once and for all.

I’m feeling peaceful.

We have had workers at our house since 7AM and they have been hammering and drilling and making a ton of noise. I have a migraine but I still managed an afternoon nap thanks to some noise cancelling ear plugs. My stomach also feels much better now and I don't feel the need to go to the ER anymore. The meds just needed time to work. I'm hoping the workers are gone soon though.

About to give lawn 1st mow of '23. Good stuff. Feeling somewhat foggy but the racket ought to wake me up!

I'm concerned. I'll be back in a bit. Whenever that is.

It was nothing major. Everyone is just so on edge lately with everything going on in the news. We all kinda freaked a bit.

Today I'm doing pretty ok for once.

Would agree with Mountaindewed. Troubling things in the news again. So much out there to taint optimism these days.

I'm okay. Getting some things done and that's nice.

I'm doing decently as long as I don't eat much or overthink things.

Feeling a lot better. No more panic feelings and tooth ache is gone.

I'm very good. I'm looking forward to the weekend.

I was in a good amount of pain this morning. So I took a couple tylenol and my stomach med and I slept for a few hours and when I woke up I felt a lot better and I still feel ok.

Feeling a little overwhelmed and a little blue. But other than that I'm okay.

Feeling way better physically. Yesterday my knee pain was so bad. I went to the doc today and they gave me a shot for my pain and I`m feeling ,much better noe.

Good but didn’t get the best sleep last night. The night before I slept 10 hours.

I am very lethargic and I'm in a lot of stomach pain and I don't know what to do. I've been in pain all day. I left my house for the first time since Friday and the car ride and walking around the store did me over.

I’m feeling ebullient. I just won a book on goodreads that I really wanted to win. Usually I enter any book giveaway that’s even remotely interesting because my win rate is something like .001%, so this is a double dopamine hit: 1) a win & 2) something I really wanted to win.

There was some hoopla going on today with my nephew, and my sister and brother in law thought he had chicken pox. He's vaccinated. It turned out to be poison ivy. Probably from a scout camping trip this past weekend. My niece is hacking and sneezing though so who knows what we'll pick up from her. I've been off and on today. I thought it was just anxiety but I think its mainly acid reflux and stomach pain again today.

1:20am 18/05/23 Pretty ok. I never know if the day's gift box will contain chocolates or road apples. Been dealing with the dung for most of the past week but things are leveling off.

I’m feeling glad it’s Friday. I need a break. My brain is fried.
