Checking in: how are you?

My stomach was a mess after 10 this morning. I think its under control now after I had a caffeine free Coke, but I haven't actually eaten in hours and I'm kinda scared to.

I just ate a light dinner and now I want to die from this pain.

I think I should have gotten a new toothbrush after that 2 week cold I just got over a few days ago.

I’m vigilant. I shut the door to my room so I wouldn’t be tempted to eavesdrop on my family member on the phone & hear things about myself I already know and therefore, don’t need to hear. Hugs!

I am pretty sleep deprived and I probably need to see a doctor or 2.

Somewhat subsurface but I have a snorkel. I've avoided much of the day. Not much grief about it though.

I feel like I might be coming down with something, but I really hope not…

I'm ok but I could use something. Not sure what. Food maybe. Or a Geodon. I had a slight crisis when I thought Christiane amapore or whatever her name is was kinda attractive looking then I googled her and found out she is 65 and then I thought to myself "that is not a healthy thought." Then I snapped out of it.

I feel like I have no use to anyone or anything. I can't even just rest. I have no option to. I don't feel secure or safe. I doubt it'll ever change

I feel ok now after eating an actual dinner. Today was kinda up and down with my stomach issues. Overall it was an ok day.

Piaf was probably thinking of pierogi when she sang that.

Wow. My homework from my peer support person was to make a list of my strengths and things I could improve upon and I had trouble coming up with a decent sized list so I asked my mom what she thinks my strengths are and she's just like, "you're really flexible. Could be a good dancer," Then I explained I was more so looking for qualities and she said she needed time to think about that one.

Well don't I feel like crap right now.

I'm one day away from my GI appointment. I'd look like a fool or a seeker going to the ER today. But this pain is testing my limits and I am so bloated I look like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in my white t shirt. The scale says I've lost 4 pounds though. I've been taking daily naps this week because I've been exhausted and I've been trying to sleep off the pain.

I got some answers from a doctor today. I still need to hear what doctor #2 says though and then get things fixed. Hopefully

Took my 4 year old son to see his first film at the cinema - Elemental. Waste of money. He didn’t have the attention span for it and wanted to leave after a few minutes. Won’t do that again in a hurry.

Another period of work where the stress is bad. Money stress is bad. Without medication I shudder to think how I would be right now. I'm actually fairly calm.
