I had a really bad migraine starting at around 11. I couldn't even watch TV and I closed all the curtains. I had nausea from it so I took a couple Dramamine which made me super drowsy. So then I passed out for 1.5 hours or so. When I woke up I was still pretty groggy so I drank 2 cans of Pepsi and I ate dinner and I feel fine now.

I don't really feel all that great physically today. Mood wise I'm still blah but its to be expected. My therapist was not helpful.

I am feeling hopeful.

I finally managed to submit a complaint about my local mental health service, and I left contact details for them to get back to me. I hope to sort a few things out

I guess I'm not doing as good as I thought I was. My family situation is awful. I still feel motivated at least.

I have to share my news (I am sharing it with anyone who will listen, really!)

A review I wrote of a local mental health service highlighting it's weaknesses and staff attitude actually got published. Not only that, but the rating for the service is currently requires improvement

This is brilliant!

Also, I put up some Christmas lights today, some blue ones over my computer. They look beautiful

I feel so frustrated

This person I know literally can't accept the fact that she's not perfect. (Far from it), and always lays the blame with someone else

I am so fed up of her

Managed to by accident hurt my foot moving some furniture cause its getting collected tomorrow and I needed to move the stuff for going, downstairs, so Willow isn't freaking out and feel cornered then scared bite the people collecting it, one of the bulky bastard chairs decided it was going to whack me on the foot on the staircase and as a result it's painful to walk on that foot now

I'm upset. We're packing for the renovation and wanted to get a few extra boxes. Of course the neighbour my husband is constantly messaging with had some so she brought them and he invited her in and gave her a tour. I tried hiding but he brought her into the room I was in and then I had to push through them to leave. I said I was going to the shop just to get away because I have social phobia and because I've been complaining to my husband about the constant messaging for quite some time so I can only assume he invited her in to upset me?

Anyway, I'm upset but I can use this pain for personal growth because I'm an alchemist.

I’m feeling cautiously optimistic today will be pleasant. The sun is shining and my boss is out of the office. Hopefully nothing too hairy happens.

Bracing myself for the invasion of workmen (yes, they're all men despite living in the Netherlands) tomorrow. Not sure I'll get any sleep tonight. Fourteen days with no shower or flushing toilet (we can flush it with buckets of water). I'm looking forward to no washing machine and no cooking though? I'll try to get into twenty year old me mode (I'm fifty) when living without modern facilities was "cool" :-D

I hope you can get food hot somehow and find a way to wash clothes without flooding a room

(Yes i flooded my bathroom trying to handwash clothes in the bath - as in literal flood)

Washing machine was broke and i couldnt get someone immediately to fix it

That really sucks. We had workmen for a month here (they have recently left). We did have a flushing toilet (some of the time) but no shower or bath (not that I like those anyway, understatement... but that's a different story..)

Hope 20 year old you is there to help (and that you can get hot food or salads if they are edible for you!)

I had a strong anxiety this evening. Thankfully my roommates came. After chatted a bit, I‘m glad to know they have the same issues and I‘m not alone. It relieves me a bit.
