Sorry you’ve been stuck indoors too, yes it’s storm Babet and we’re on the coast and the tide is crazy high. Definitely going to try to get out tomorrow!

Ok this morning, hopefully, the day ahead will be better than yesterday.

Fair enough day so far.

I napped all day yesterday. I slept through the night. I took the increase in my Prestiq last night. Today I'm just kind of lethargic

I had a phone chat with my sister and that helped a lot, I’ve been feeling a bit worried and anxious today and can’t seem to settle.

It's been like I can actually make some goals happen

I'm getting night time anxiety but I went shopping this morning and phoned my mum this afternoon. I've always had a difficult relationship with my mother but it takes the pressure off my sister if I check in with my mum and pass on messages from other family members.

I have the feeling my sisters think I'm retired rather than sick and caring for a sick partner but what they imagine to be true isn't really my problem. At least I wasn't too tired today and didn't have much pain.

I am angry and tired

I don't understand why I feel as bad as I do. I recently increased the dose of my mood stabilizer but I feel more unstable since doing so. I am literally all over the place, and so reactive. This is not where I want to be be mood-wise at all. At this point I just want to scream

I'm feeling down today so I've stayed in. I did my strength training, meditation and laundry though. I have a lot of anxiety lately. I feel hopeless but I know we gotta carry on, be grateful etc etc. I'll probably feel better tomorrow.

Feeling discombobulated 😕

I had a horrible time trying to sleep last night so took gabapentin at 2 am and finally slept but selt very late.

A tightrope about a yard in diameter. Something you can Gene Kelly across all day long. Yeah. That would be better. And a chasm full of pillow sponge just in case.

I dunno. A bit detached this morning. Not too bad but not in the game.

As much as i want to live, since 2018 i have been feeling defeated cause time was not more at my side

Well…. I’m up, I’m discombobulated and I’m needing to get dressed! After 1, I’m still functioning like I’m swathed in molasses. Glad there’s nothing important to attend to today. I do need to be dressed by 3 to fetch the mail. I got notice that a package is being delivered today.

Poor Willow's terrified, she's hiding under the duvet from loud fireworks - really loud boomie ones, poor furbaby

keeping a eye on a scared girl, idk how she'll cope while i'm at work if boomies go off before i get home over the weekend

I'm so sorry! Two of our dogs are absolutely terrified of fireworks. Like, vomiting with stress and utterly inconsolable. 4th of July and New Year's Eve are the two big fireworks events where we live. We always have to go away somewhere remote on those dates to try and escape them. I hope Willow will be ok!!

Willow didnt want to let her meowmy come to work this morning, bless her, other girl cat Tigger i am not sure if she can even hear the high pitch from the fireworks, she was only reacting to the booms, poor scared cats and dogs

I've honestly been better. I could really use an ear to bend if someone is available for such.
