Checking in: how are you?

Yeah beyond i just got up to pee and turned my ac on. Its not the heat, its the humidity ha ha. Above 70 its a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Kinda cranky from dieting. I'm not sure whats making me so hungry all of a sudden. But I'm just hanging on and pushing the vegetables. I upped my calorie goal a bit too.

I'm super surprised I can actually type this. I feel okay, but I'm obviously doing poorly. Based on the past two months, I'm beginning to think it's impossible for me to die, although I know that's a theme with many my manic episodes. I've done a lot of dangerous crap, especially the last two months, but maybe I'm just really good at harm reduction. Flirting with death, but no sex.

The dieting has been fine today. Maybe its because I finally figured out our oven and we also have a can opener from this century so I'm more likely to eat vegetables now.

I'm just fretting right now about my pdoc appointment in about 45 minutes. He is pretty straight forward and quick. I may have to fight him a bit in an assertive way, but I normally get what I want without too much of an issue.

It just depends on his mood

I'm dealing with dumb stomach pain and vomiting. I've only had about 855 calories today, but I think thats from the increase in meds. I'm just in pain mainly.

Boy did I ever crash yesterday. Can't function on little sleep like I used to. Hypothyroidism swung by about 7 yrs ago and changed all that. The daily replacement hormone pill really helps but the energy isn't there like it was. Anyway, today I'm feeling pretty good physically. Mentally as well. Nice day and it's FRIDAY. Ooo yah! Nuttin' wrong with dat!

This...is SATURDAY?! Well I'm grateful. I'll say that much. Thought it was Sunday. [no surprise...this sort of circadian mind-fug happens with me all the time...]

I was doing pretty crappy most of the day but now I feel better.

I've pretty much been throwing up since 4:30 last night. I can't keep anything down. I got about 4.5 hours of sleep but I woke up dehydrated with the TV still on at 11.

It's been a rough day today, lots of anxiety!

Doing fine. A bit lonely with the crowd, I just couldn’t keep up with the conversation.

Pretty good after a rough morning. Feeling much better though. Need to not overreact to things.

I don't want to get out of bed at all today. Or even open the curtains. I am tired from not sleeping much and being sick all last night. I am perfectly happy in bed today.

That is one of the reasons I wanted my pdoc to raise my psch meds. So I wouldn't be so down in the dumps about staying at home when I can't go out.

i just feel so down and i don't really understand because i did something good today and i feel like i should feel good about that and feel better but i just don't. I don't want to do anything. I'll just have to get through this day

I felt like complete crap for the majority of the day. Now things have calmed down.

Physically a bit off. The meds they gave me for the stress test made me a bit nauseated. I couldn’t keep super down, but I’ll be fine in the morning. Mentally I’m great

It's fickin' Friday I'm farkin' flush with funds and all seems fackin' phenomenal so far... *two fumbs up!*

Fab. I mean walking is a task, if my timing was 5 minutes from where it was I'd be on my way to jail right now, and I'm listening to "Baby Blue Sedan" by Modest Mouse on repeat, but I'm not actively trying to get someone so mad at me they murder me so...pretty good.

I haven't thrown up at all today or had any soda. But I've taken a couple naps because of the dramamine and the bad sleep I got last night. But I do feel better then I have been.

Reflective. My aunt is dying. Not many left of her generation on dad’s side of the family.
