I feel ok. A little bit bored and antsy but not too bad. I've been watching the news today. It was weird seeing the Today Show on Sunday and seeing Savannah. Weird times we live in.

It's all ok. Wave of fatigue earlier today and fell asleep at 5PM. No apparent reason. Slept until 1:00AM. Curious. Will help in re-aligning my sleep schedule though. [I'm hoping]

I feel better then earlier. I ate some pretzels. I heard salt helps an upset stomach.

I heard that too. I guess that’s why my classmates tried to get me to eat crackers when I got seasick on a boat trip. But the thought of food made me feel worse. I was in 8th grade on a whale watching trip for science class. Over 50 years ago and I remember that. There’s a picture of me looking miserable, sitting next to my clearly disappointed friend. We were planning to have all this fun.

I saw one of the guys drinking Orange Crush and it turned my stomach.

My test results for my endoscopy came back but idk what they mean. A bunch of big words and "the test strips came back fully submerged" and all kinds of shyt that sounds freaky. I'm waiting until my doctor calls and trying to stay calm.

I've just been wanting to do stuff lately. I have a lot less paitence for just sitting in front of the TV all day like I used to. Its almost like how I was prepandemic. Always going out before 11AM then coming home to chill after. I think its a good thing.

And when I go out I don't get paranoid anyone is looking at me. And I can make small talk with the cashiers. Idk what happened but it was good whatever it was.

I woke up about 30 minutes ago and I believe I have this fresh new mind. Last night's Lorazepam succeeded in helping me have a good night's sleep! And now I feel like I can try to do some of my goals like:
1. no more makeup buying and mostly do not put on makeup
2. do not idle time shopping through Amazon or anywhere else and definitely no online shopping but those few times with Amazon
3. just stay at home!

because a lady approached me

and was very hateful towards me at the movies

for sitting in her seat

without realizing I was supposed to be

I am doing great. i thought i would never write a sentence like that. Ever. Well, i just did. I am doing great.

Quit anti-psychotics last December. Quit anti-depressants about 2 months ago. I feel like i am the most me, most myself, than i have ever been. Not saying i am a great person, at all. I have many flaws. But it still feels nice to feel like me.

Quit smoking cigarettes about a year ago.

This is my day 9 without alcohol and drugs. Total self-care Sunday going on. 6 kilometer (3,7 mile) brisk walk in the morning. Super healthy vegetarian food (that is the case always). Warmed up my sauna and when i am there, it is just me, my sauna and my sweat. Everything else blocked from the universe. Washed myself thoroughly. Cold water therapy. Meditation.

After being single since 2009, i am in a romantic relationship again. Things are going really well, regarding me and her. Everything for her

Wow... guess who is not doing great? OMG...

Pressure piling up... Pressure piling up. No friends, no family, no relatives, no treatment contact whatsoever. Only my crush who very recently became my girlfriend. Been grinding... alone here... getting stuff done... Everything for her.

I think i am gonna relapse.

I didn't take a look at the can of this chocolate drink I had last night. It expired May 10th 2021. So I've been sick since last night. I've still gotten everything done but I feel like crap physically. Mental health wise I've made some good progress on my anxiety.

Now I have this bad headache, and like what do you do when you just have the cooties or some shyt real bad.
