Stupid for the landlord to try to estimate when the elevator is going to be running again, when the repairmen started weeks ago, then took a long break and only came back yesterday. It's not up by "early July" as predicted, because that's already here. And the city is probably going to take forever to inspect it, whenever it's finished.

I didn't know the actor founded that store, so looked it up and found this on Wikipedia:
