I gave my 13 month old niece a chocolate graham cracker and she took it and took a bite and then dropped her regular flavored graham cracker on the floor and walked off with just the chocolate one.

I don't know what's wrong with the people they attract to rent to. In my area, a planned mixed-use 8 story building with 260 apartments will have just a measly 19 set aside for "low-income". Not even 1/3 of them!
